Groovy Guava Post-It Note Holder

Some of you have been asking for the directions to the post-it note holder so I thought I would share. I finally got around to it so hopefully this helps you all.

-Groovy Guava Prints Designer Series Paper
-Groovy Guava Cardstock
-Whisper White Cardstock

Stamp Pad
-Chocolate Chip

-Groovy Guava Double Stitched Ribbon
-Matte Board
-Spring Flower Bouquet Punch
-Corner Rounder
-Sticky Strip
-Small Pencil/Gel Pen
-Post-It Note
-Stampin' Dimensions

Cut groovy guava cardstock--2" x 1" (front piece for words) & 3-1/2'' x 7-1/2'' scored at 3-1/2'' & 4'' (round corners w/ corner rounder--inside, makes book shape).

Cut whisper white cardstock--2-1/4'' x 1-1/4'' (front piece for words)

Cut designer paper--(2 pieces)--4-1/2'' x 4-1/2''

Matte board (2 pieces--cut on table saw)--3-1/2'' x 3-1/2''

1. Center and adhere groovy guava designer paper to matte board. Clip corners and adhere using sticky tape. Repeat for second piece.

2. Tie knots in ribbon and adhere to front piece of groovy guava designer paper.

3. Fold at scored marks for groovy guava cardstock and flick edges with chocolate chip.

4. Adhere the long, rounded-corner sheet to the two squares using sticky tape. Be sure to line up with score marks and center it. (Caution: Once adhered w/ sticky tape and put in place, do not remove to re-position--very strong tape)

5. Stamp words (I used Happy Harmony-retired Sell-a-bration set) in the inside using chocolate chip stamp pad.

6. Wrap pen with small paper (about 3/4" x 1-1/2'')

7. Add post-it note to right side (check to make sure it closes).

8. Stamp words on small piece of cardstock, flick edges with chocolate chip, and layer to whisper white.

9. Punch two flower sets with the punch, one in whisper white and another in groovy guava cardstock.

10. Add a brad to each and adhere with a stampin' dimension. Adhere layered word piece with stampin' dimensions too.
